Summary: Use this checklist to get your store ready to sell with Qashier: sign up, verify your business, set up your terminal, apply for payments, add your bank account, load your products and make your first sale.
Applies to: Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand · Qashier POS, QashierHQ and QashierPay. Steps marked [SG] [MY] or [PH] [TH] apply to those markets only.
Before you start
[SG] [MY] You sign up yourself at hq.qashier.com/startup. After that, QashierHQ shows your activation path: Account created → Verify your business → Order your terminals → Setup online payments → Add bank account. Steps 2 to 5 below follow that path.
[PH] [TH] Submit the enquiry form on the sign-up page and our team will contact you to set up your account, plan and hardware. Then continue from step 6.
Your setup checklist
1. Sign up and log in to QashierHQ
Log in at hq.qashier.com with the email and password you set at sign-up. You should see the QashierHQ dashboard. Forgot your password? See How to Reset or Change Your Qashier Password.
2. Verify your business [SG] [MY]
In QashierHQ, on your activation path, click Verify Now under Verify your business. [SG] Verify with Singpass, or upload your ACRA BizFile and director ID. Our compliance team reviews it within 1-2 business days; you can carry on with the next steps while you wait. You should see Business verified once it is approved.
3. Order and set up your terminal
[SG] [MY] On your activation path, click Order Now under Order your terminals to order a QashierXS or Qashier Soundbox. For a QashierX2, QashierXL Slim or a bundle, contact our team. [PH] [TH] Our team arranges your hardware with you. When your terminal arrives, set it up and log in:

4. Apply for QashierPay to accept cards and QR payments

5. Add your bank account for payouts
[SG] [MY] On your activation path, click Add your bank account details under Add bank account. You should see Bank account linked when it is done. [PH] [TH] Your payout account is set up as part of your payment application (see step 4).
6. Add your products
Create your tabs, categories and products on Qashier POS or in QashierHQ. You should see them on the POS sales screen.
7. Add your staff (optional)

8. Make your first sale
Take an order and a payment on Qashier POS: How to Make a Sale (Take an Order and Payment) in Qashier POS. You should see the sale in your transaction record and, if a printer is connected, a printed receipt.
