Before you start
Your Beam application must be approved. See the [TH] Beam QR FAQ for how long approval takes.
After approval, Qashier activates the Beam QR methods for your store. You cannot switch them on yourself in QashierHQ.
Make sure your Qashier POS app is on the latest version. If the Beam QR methods do not appear on the payment screen, contact support.
Accept a Beam QR payment
Add the items to the order on Qashier POS and go to the payment screen.
Tap the method your customer wants: PromptPay, TrueMoney, ShopeePay, LINE Pay, Alipay or WeChat Pay.
The amount is filled in automatically and a QR code appears on the POS screen and on the customer display.
Your customer scans the QR code with their banking or e-wallet app and confirms the payment.
Qashier POS confirms the payment automatically and completes the sale.
Where to see Beam QR transactions
On Qashier POS: open Transaction Record to see each payment, and Reports for the totals by payment method.
In QashierHQ: go to Money & Finance > Transactions to see each payment. For totals by payment method, go to Money & Finance > Full Report.

Void a Beam QR transaction
Void the sale on Qashier POS as described in How to Void or Refund a Transaction in Qashier POS. A voided Beam QR payment is not refunded to your customer's account automatically, so refund the amount to your customer yourself, for example in cash. Payouts
Beam QR payments are settled automatically every day. You do not need to do anything to settle, and there is no withdrawal fee. The payout period for each method, the daily cut-off and the public-holiday rules are in the [TH] Beam QR FAQ.
The Payout Report in QashierHQ is not available for Thailand. Check your payouts on your bank statement or in your Beam Lighthouse portal.
If something goes wrong
Symptom | Likely cause | What to do |
The Beam QR methods do not appear on the payment screen | Beam QR is not yet activated for this store, or the app is out of date | Update Qashier POS. If the methods still do not appear, contact support. |
Your customer paid, but Qashier POS did not confirm the payment | The confirmation did not reach the POS, or the QR code had expired before your customer paid | Do not charge the customer again. Check Transaction Record. If the payment is not there, contact support with the time, the amount and your customer's payment slip. |
