The Account Balance page in QashierHQ shows the money in your QashierPay payout account: every settlement credited, every payout, refund and deduction debited, and any reserve held. Use it to reconcile what Qashier paid to your bank.

Before you start
The page appears only after your first settlement, because your payout account is created at that point. Before that, QashierHQ shows "No account found, account will only be created once settlement is done."
Additional QashierHQ users need the Account Balance access right on their role.
Open your account balance
Sign in to QashierHQ.
Go to Money & Finance > Account Balance.
What is on the page
Payout Account – the payout account you are viewing. Hover over the info icon to see the stores linked to it.
Bank Account – opens the form to update the bank account your payouts go to. The icon on the button shows whether your bank details are approved, pending or rejected. See [SG] How to Change Your Bank Account for Payouts on Qashier or [MY] How to Change Your Payout Bank Account.
Available Balance and Reserved funds – shown only if a reserve applies to your account. Reserves are required to ensure that your business has adequate funds to cover chargebacks and refunds from your customers; the size of the reserve is based on the level of risk associated with your business. Filter – show ALL entries, only CREDIT entries or only DEBIT entries.
Export – downloads the entries shown as a CSV file with the columns Date, Description, Store Name, Currency and Amount.
Activity list – one row per credit or debit, with Date, Description, Store Name (credits only) and Amount. More rows load as you scroll down.
Understand the activity list
Description | Effect on balance | What it means |
Payment method - Sales (for example "Card payment - Sales", "PayNow & Soundbox - Sales") | Credited | Settled sales for that payment method, added to your balance. |
Payment method - Refund (for example "Card payment - Refund") | Debited | Refunds you issued to customers for that payment method. |
Fund transfer to bank account | Debited | A payout transferred to your bank account. |
Debit - Manual Payout | Debited | A payout made to your bank account manually by Qashier. |
Debit - Loan Deduction (Singapore only) | Debited | A daily repayment deducted from your payouts for Qashier Loans (Singapore & Malaysia): Eligibility, How to Apply and Repayment. In Malaysia, loan repayments are debited from your business bank account instead, so they do not appear here. |
Other descriptions may appear for your account. Use Export to review them in full.
How payouts relate to your balance
Payouts are made from your Available Balance less any Reserved funds, once the amount exceeds the minimum payout for your market. For example, with an Available Balance of SGD 500 and Reserved funds of SGD 100, up to SGD 400 can be paid out. Export your balance activity
Choose ALL, CREDIT or DEBIT.
Scroll down until all the rows you need have loaded. Export includes only the rows already loaded on the page.
Click Export. The CSV file downloads.
If something goes wrong
Symptom | Likely cause | What to do |
Account Balance is missing under Money & Finance | No settlement has been made yet, your account is not in Singapore or Malaysia, or your user role lacks the Account Balance access right | Wait for your first settlement, or ask your account owner to grant the access right. |
The export is missing older rows | Only loaded rows are exported | Scroll to the bottom of the list to load them, then export again. |
The balance does not match what reached your bank | Reserved funds, refunds or deductions, or an amount below the minimum payout that rolls over to the next payout | Filter by DEBIT, check Reserved funds, and compare with [SG/MY] Understanding Your Payout Report in QashierHQ. |
