[SG] When Will I Receive My Payouts? Settlement & Payout Schedule

This article explains when Singapore merchants receive their QashierPay payouts, which payment methods pay out next working day and which pay out weekly, and why a payout can be lower than your sales.

Applies to

  • Markets: Singapore only. Malaysia merchants, see [MY] QashierPay Payout Schedule, Fees & Minimum Payout.

  • Product: QashierPay payments taken on a Qashier POS terminal, Qashier Soundbox or online (QashierEats, Pay by Link, invoices).

  • Access: to check payouts in QashierHQ you need the Payment Management access right (the Payout Report and Account Balance pages).

How payout timing works

Funds arrive in your bank account 1 working day after the transaction day (T+1). Weekends and Singapore public holidays are not working days.

The daily cut-off is 23:59. Transactions after midnight count towards the next day. For example, if you run a bar until 2am, sales made on Monday up to 23:59 are paid out on Tuesday, and sales made from 00:00 to 02:00 on Tuesday morning are paid out on Wednesday.

Payouts are sent in batches during the payout day. The time the funds appear depends on your bank, so we cannot give a fixed arrival time.

Minimum payout amount

Qashier sends a payout only when your accumulated balance is over SGD 100. Smaller amounts roll over and are added to your next payout. You can see the balance waiting to be paid on the Account Balance page in QashierHQ.

Why is my payout lower than my sales?

  • Payment processing fees (MDR) are deducted from each transaction before payout. See [SG] How your PayNow & e-wallet payouts are calculated (fees, GST and rounding).

  • If you are on the daily plan, your daily software fee (and any daily hardware fee) is deducted from your daily payouts. If a day's payout does not cover the fee, the shortfall rolls over as a negative balance and is settled from your next payouts. The full rules are in the Daily Billing Terms on the Qashier website.

  • Refunds and voids reduce the amount paid out for that day.

Where to check your payouts

  1. Log in to QashierHQ.

  2. Open Payout Report to see each payout and the transactions it covers. See [SG/MY] Understanding Your Payout Report in QashierHQ.

  3. Open Account Balance to see the balance not yet paid out. See [SG/MY] How to Check Your Account Balance and Payouts in QashierHQ.

What to do

No payout on the expected day

The day before was a weekend or Singapore public holiday, or your balance is not yet over SGD 100

Check the day-by-day table above and your Account Balance page. The amount rolls into the next payout.

No payouts at all since you started

Your bank account is still being verified (QashierHQ shows "Bank account pending compliance verification")

Wait for verification to complete. If it has been more than a few working days, contact support.

Payout is lower than the day's sales

Fees, daily plan charges, refunds or a negative balance carried over

Open the payout in Payout Report and compare the fee breakdown with how payouts are calculated.

Card sales missing from a payout

The terminal batch was not settled that day

Payout went to the wrong account

Bank details changed or entered incorrectly

If a payout is still missing after the next working day, contact Qashier support with the store name and the transaction date.
