Use Table Management on Qashier POS to set up your tables, add orders to a table and collect payment when the customer is ready to pay.

Before you start

Table Management must be turned on for your store. Turn it on in QashierHQ under Qashier Marketplace (Table Management), or ask Qashier Support. Until it is on, Manage Tables does not show in POS Settings.
To show your tables as a map instead of a list, set up a floor plan in QashierHQ (see How to Create or Edit a Table Floor Plan (Table Layout) in QashierHQ). You cannot turn on the floor plan from the POS.

The table page at a glance

View toggle: switch between the floor plan and the list of tables (floor plan only if it is set up in QashierHQ).
Void List: see voided tables.
Takeaway: start an order without choosing a table.

Tap the ☰ icon at the top right of the POS home page.
Tap Settings.
Enter the Terminal PIN.
Tap Manage Tables.
Tap Edit.
Enter the number of tables and tap OK. You can create up to 99 tables. Allow for extra ad-hoc seating so staff are never short of a table.
Go back to the POS home page.
Open POS & Payment and check that the number of tables is correct.

Go to POS & Payment.
Tap a table.
For an empty table, enter the number of pax (1 to 99) and tap OK. (If your store has turned off pax entry, this field does not appear.) If the table timer is set to count down, you can also enter the minutes for this table (see How to Use the Table Timer (Count Up / Count Down) in Table Management). In the Philippines, if BIR special discounts are on, also enter the number of senior citizens, persons with disability and other eligible guests (see [Philippines] BIR Special Discounts (SC/PWD/NAAC/SP/MOV), Receipts & Audit Reports).
Choose a category and tap the items to add.
Tap Add & Close to add the item and close the category.
Tap Next to add the items in the cart to the table.
"Item(s) added to table successfully" appears. Tap Back to POS to return to the tables, or tap Order Chit to print the order for the kitchen. (If order chits print automatically, the button says Reprint Chit.)

To add more items to an open table later, tap the table, then tap Add Item.

Tap the table that is paying.
Tap Print Bill so the customer can check the bill. You can skip this if the customer wants to pay straight away.
Tap Payment.
On the payment page, select the payment method the customer chooses.
Tap Confirm to complete the payment.
