Summary: This guide connects the white Qashier sticker/label printer to your shop Wi-Fi so Qashier POS can print barcode labels and order stickers to it without a cable. Before you start
Connect your Qashier POS to the shop's 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. If your router broadcasts both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, the 2.4 GHz network is usually named [your Wi-Fi name] or [your Wi-Fi name]_2G, and the 5 GHz one ends in _5G.
Keep the POS on this Wi-Fi network permanently. If you change network or router later, the printer stops working until you repeat Parts 2 and 4.
Have a phone or laptop ready. You will use it to open the printer's setup page.
Load a sticker roll (40 mm x 30 mm or 60 mm x 40 mm) and switch the printer on.
The sticker printer must be Additional Printer 1. Once sticker printing is on, Additional Printer 1 prints stickers only, so use Additional Printer 2 onwards for receipts and order chits.
Sticker printing and your label size are switched on for your store by Qashier. There is no setting for this in QashierHQ. If this is your first sticker printer, contact Qashier support so it is enabled before you start.
Part 1: Find your POS IP address
On the POS main screen, tap ☰ at the top right, then Wifi. The Wi-Fi settings open.
Tap the gear icon next to the network you are connected to.
Note the IP address, for example 192.168.1.23. In Part 2 you will keep the first three numbers and change only the last number after the final dot.
Part 2: Give the printer a fixed IP address on your Wi-Fi
If you cannot find the printer's network (LabelPrn_AP) in the next step, put the printer into configuration mode first:
Switch the printer off.
Load a sticker roll.
Switch the printer on.
Press and hold the feed button for 5 seconds, then let go. The error light blinks slowly.
Press and hold the feed button again for 3 seconds, then let go. The error light blinks rapidly.
Wait for a beep. The error light and the online light stay on without blinking.
Switch the printer off and on again. It is now in configuration mode.
Then configure the printer:
On your phone or laptop, connect to the printer's own Wi-Fi network, named LabelPrn_AP. It may show "Connected, no internet". That is normal. If you use a phone, switch mobile data off first.
Open a browser and go to 10.10.100.254. This page can only be opened while you are connected to LabelPrn_AP.
Log in with the printer's default username and password. If you do not have them, contact Qashier support.
Choose your language and open STA Setting. Fill in:
AP's SSID: your shop's Wi-Fi network (the one the POS is on)
MAC Address (Optional): leave empty
Security Mode: WPA2PSK
Encryption Type: AES
Pass Phrase: your Wi-Fi password
Tap Apply to save the STA Interface Parameters.
Go back to STA Interface Setting and fill in the WAN section:
WAN Connection Type: STATIC (fixed IP)
IP Address: the POS IP address from Part 1 with the last number changed to 201 (for example 192.168.1.23 becomes 192.168.1.201). If another device already uses .201, use .202, and so on. Write down the address you choose; you will enter it in QashierHQ in Part 4.
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: the POS IP address with the last number changed to 1 (for example 192.168.1.1)
DNS: 8.8.8.8
Tap Apply to save the Static Mode settings.
Part 3: Switch the printer to STA mode
Open Mode Selection.
Select STA mode.
Under Data Transfer Mode, select Transparent Mode.
Tap Apply.
Switch the printer off and on again. It now joins your shop Wi-Fi with the fixed address you set.
Part 4: Add the printer in QashierHQ
Log in to QashierHQ and click the gear icon (Settings) at the top right.
Under Store, open Printer Settings, then the Additional Printer Settings tab.
Pick your store.
Click ADD ADDITIONAL PRINTER, or open Additional Printer 1 if it already exists. The sticker printer must be Additional Printer 1.
Set Printer Type to Wifi/LAN.
In Printer IP Address, enter the address you set in Part 2 (for example 192.168.1.201).
Click Save. QashierHQ confirms "Successfully updated printer settings".
On the POS, tap POS & Payment on the home screen so the POS picks up the new printer, then go back to the main screen.
To change the IP address of a printer that is already set up, you can also do it on the POS: tap ☰ > Settings, enter the Terminal PIN, tap Printer Settings, tap Additional Printer 1, edit Printer IP Address and tap Save. Adding a brand-new Wi-Fi printer from the POS is not self-service: the POS shows Contact us for setup assistance. Tap I WANT TO SET UP A NEW PRINTER to chat with support, or use QashierHQ as above.
Part 5: Choose which products print a sticker
Once sticker printing is on for your store, you pick the products one by one in QashierHQ:
In QashierHQ go to Settings > Store > Printer Settings > Receipt/Order Chit Settings. Under Order Chit, tick Enable product level printing and click Save.
Go to Product Management and open a product.
In Printer Sticker Selection, choose 1 (Additional Printer 1) and save the product.
Repeat for every product that should print a sticker. Products with no selection do not print one.
If you do not see Printer Sticker Selection on the product page, sticker printing has not been switched on for your store yet. Contact Qashier support. If you would rather print stickers by product tab instead of per product, support can set that up for you. The tab checkboxes under Receipt/Order Chit Settings control order chits, not stickers.
What you should see
On the POS, tap ☰ > Manage Products, pick a category and open a product that has a barcode saved.
Tap Print Barcode, enter 1 under Barcode Sticker Quantity and tap OK. One barcode label prints on the sticker printer.
Make a test sale with a product you assigned in Part 5. Its sticker prints when the sale is completed.
If something goes wrong

Sticker rolls
The Qashier sticker/label printer accepts two roll sizes: 60 mm x 40 mm (larger, recommended for barcode stickers) and 40 mm x 30 mm (smaller, recommended for bubble-tea stickers). Thermal sticker rolls are available online or from stationery stores. In Malaysia and Thailand you can also buy them from Qashier.
