How to replace the sticker roll
Open the printer cover by pressing the blue latch on the right side of the printer.
Replace the sticker roll.
Close the printer cover.
Wait for the red error light to start blinking.
Press the PAUSE button once. The outstanding stickers start printing automatically.
Which sticker rolls to use
The Qashier sticker/label printer accepts two roll sizes:
60 mm x 40 mm (larger, recommended for barcode stickers)
40 mm x 30 mm (smaller, recommended for bubble-tea stickers)
Use the same roll size your store was set up with. The label size is stored in your store settings by Qashier, and the sticker layout is sized to it. If you switch to the other size, contact Qashier support to update the label size for your store.
Thermal sticker rolls are available online or from stationery stores. In Malaysia and Thailand you can also buy them from Qashier.
If something goes wrong
Symptom | Likely cause | What to do |
Nothing prints after you press PAUSE | The cover is not fully closed, or the roll is loaded the wrong way round | Open the cover, reload the roll with the sticker side facing up, close the cover, wait for the error light to blink, then press PAUSE once |
Stickers print but are cut off or misaligned | The roll size does not match the label size set for your store | Use the roll size your store was set up with, or ask support to update the label size |
The error light stays on and the printer does not resume | The printer needs a reset |
