Create, publish and share your Spotlight page (a free link-in-bio micro website) from QashierHQ, then track its views and clicks, edit it, and pause or resume it. For limits, rules and an overview, see Introduction to Spotlight (Website Builder).

Before you start
Log in to QashierHQ at your brand's main outlet. Other outlets see "Managed by your brand's main outlet" and cannot create or edit the Spotlight.
Have your logo and background image ready as PNG, JPG or JPEG, no larger than 4MB each.
Decide on your URL carefully. It cannot be changed after you publish.
How to set up your Spotlight
Step 1: Open Website Builder
In QashierHQ, go to Customers & Marketing > Website Builder.
On the Qashier Spotlight page, click CREATE YOURS NOW. If you already started one, the button reads CONTINUE DRAFT instead.
Step 2: Fill in the sections
Fields marked with * are required. A live preview of your page is shown on the right as you type.
a. General details
Your Spotlight URL*: every Spotlight URL starts with https://treats.app/ followed by your own text, for example treats.app/yourbrandname. Custom domains are not available.
You will see an error message if your text:
is shorter than 4 or longer than 32 characters;
is already taken;
contains characters other than letters, digits or the symbols . - _;
ends with . - or _;
is a reserved word ("This URL you entered is reserved. Please try another option.").
b. Top section
Logo: upload your brand's logo (PNG, JPG or JPEG, up to 4MB). You can crop or rotate it after choosing the file.
Display Name: the name shown at the top of your Spotlight (up to 30 characters).
Short Description: a short description of your business (up to 150 characters).
c. Middle Section (your buttons)
Click + Add new button to add a button. You can add up to 15. Click DELETE under a button to remove it.
Button 1 Name*: the text shown on the button (1 to 60 characters).
What should the button do?*: choose one of two options:
Open a link (URL): enter the full web address (for example https://...) in Link / URL. Visitors go there when they tap the button.
Show text: type the message in Text (up to 1,000 characters). Visitors see it when they tap the button.
d. Bottom section
Enter the web addresses of your social media accounts: Instagram URL, Whatsapp URL, Viber URL, Line URL, TikTok URL, Facebook URL and Youtube URL. Each must be a valid web address. Leave any field blank to hide that icon. Add a Footer if you want, for example your opening hours.
e. Branding & Styles
Button Style*: choose the shape and style of your buttons.

Button Color, Button Text Color, Background Color and Background text Color*: click the colour code field to open a colour palette and pick your colours.

Background image: upload a background image (PNG, JPG or JPEG, up to 4MB). If you do not upload one, the page uses the Background Color you picked.
Tip: your changes are saved automatically as a draft. Look for Autosave Complete at the bottom of the page (Saving... shows while it saves). Click BACK to leave and come back later with CONTINUE DRAFT, or click DELETE DRAFT to discard it.
Step 3: Publish
Check the preview on the right. The PUBLISH button becomes active once all required fields are valid and your changes have been saved. Click PUBLISH.
Step 4: Confirm your URL
The Ready to publish? pop-up shows your full URL and reminds you that once published, the URL cannot be changed. Double-check the spelling, then click PUBLISH NOW.
Result: your Spotlight is live at https://treats.app/ followed by your URL text, and the Website Builder page shows Live with "Your Spotlight is live."
How to use your Spotlight
Sharing your Spotlight
Post your Spotlight URL in your social media bios or other online profiles. Visitors who open it land on your Spotlight page with all your links.
To copy the link, go to Customers & Marketing > Website Builder and click the copy icon next to your URL. Paste it wherever you want to share it.
Editing your published Spotlight
Go to Customers & Marketing > Website Builder and click EDIT. QashierHQ creates a draft copy of your page.
Make your changes. They autosave to the draft; your live page does not change yet.
Click PUBLISH, then PUBLISH NOW, to update the live page.
The URL field is locked when editing. If you need a different URL, use the contact us link under it to message our support team.
Viewing Spotlight statistics
The Website Builder page shows how your Spotlight is performing:
Views: how many times visitors have viewed your Spotlight.
Clicks: how many times visitors have tapped a button on your Spotlight (1 click = 1 tap on any button).
Click Through Rate: the percentage of views that led to a click. CTR = clicks ÷ views × 100. For example, 100 views and 52 clicks give a CTR of 52.00%. It is shown to two decimal places, and shows "-" until you have both views and clicks.
The figures accumulate from when you first started using Spotlight; they cannot be filtered by date.
Pause or resume your Spotlight
Go to Customers & Marketing > Website Builder and click PAUSE SITE to take your page offline, or GO LIVE to bring it back. While paused, the page shows Offline and the date it was paused.
If something goes wrong

"Managed by your brand's main outlet" | You are logged in at a member outlet | Switch to your brand's main outlet to create or edit the Spotlight. |
"Your Spotlight was removed" | The page was removed for illegal or unsafe content; EDIT and GO LIVE are blocked | Wait for our team to contact you, or contact support. |
PUBLISH stays greyed out | A required field is missing or invalid, or autosave is still running | Fix the fields marked in red and wait for Autosave Complete. |
"File size exceeds the limit of 4MB" | The image is too large | Resize the image to under 4MB and upload again. |
