Introduction to QashierEats
QashierEats is an online ordering system that enables businesses to offer food delivery and pickup services to your customers. It provides a user-friendly interface for customers to browse through menus, place orders, and make payments online.
You will be provided with a dedicated website exclusively for your business. Here's an example of how the website will look like:
Setup QashierEats website
To initiate the setup of your QashierEats website, please contact our customer support team for further guidance. To ensure a smooth application process, it would be helpful to prepare the following information in advance:
Your preferred QashierEats store name
Your preferred domain name for your website
Example #1: www.qashiereats.com/myqashiereatsstorename
Example #2: www.qashiereats.com/sandyscafe
Example #3: www.qashiereats.com/thetakeawaystore
Your business operating address
Once you have provided the necessary information to our customer service team, they will contact you to confirm when your store has been successfully set up. Once your store is ready, you can proceed with further configuration of your QashierEats store using the guides provided below.
Create category and products:
Adding a category
Go to QashierHQ
Click on the drop-down icon under Online Ordering Management
Select QashierEats Management
Click on Edit Category followed by + New Category button on the top-right hand corner of the page
Give the category a name under the Category Name field (e.g. Desserts)
Click on CONFIRM to create the category
Note: You have the flexibility to adjust the display order of categories according to your preference.

Add a Product to your store
Go to QashierHQ
Click on the drop-down icon under Online Ordering Management
Select QashierEats Management
Under your newly created category, you can add a product inside. Click on the + box to add a product
Give the product a name and key in the price [Compulsory]
Select the pencil icon on the top left-hand corner to upload your product image
Choose the relevant order type(s) where you want your product to be available for purchase
Click on SAVE once the above steps are completed
Note: If KDS or kitchen printer index was not setup, you will be prompt whether you want to proceed without setting up. Select OK to proceed
Do note that only product name and price is compulsory to create a new product.

Assign modifier to category and product for QashierEats
Assigning of modifiers:
You can assign modifiers at either the category level or the product level.
If you have not yet created a modifier set or modifier, please refer to the following guide for assistance:
Assign modifier to a category:
Go to QashierHQ
Click on the drop-down icon under Online Ordering Management
Select QashierEats Management
Click on the Edit Category button
Click on the ASSIGN button located next to the category that you would like to assign the modifier to
Select the desired modifier set that you wish to assign, and click on the modifier set name to automatically select all the modifiers within that set
Click CONFIRM to proceed with assignment of modifiers

Assign modifier to a product
Go to QashierHQ
Click on the drop-down icon under Online Ordering Management
Select QashierEats Management
Click on the product that you want to assign the modifier add-on to
Click on the MODIFIER (0) button at the bottom of the page
Select the desired modifier set that you wish to assign, and click on the modifier set name to automatically select all the modifiers within that set
Select CONFIRM
Upon completing the assignment of modifiers, the label "MODIFIER (0)" will change to "MODIFIER (x)", where "x" represents the total number of modifier add-ons that have been assigned to the product
Click on SAVE followed by OK to complete the assignment of modifiers

Generate and Download QashierEats QR code
You also have the option to generate a QR code for your QashierEats store. This QR code can be shared with your customers, allowing them to scan it, place their orders, and make payments directly on your website.
i. Generate QR code (if your business model does not cater for dine-in)
Go to QashierHQ
Click on the drop-down icon under Online Ordering Management
Select QashierEats Management
Select the QR Code button and a QR code will be displayed
Click on DOWNLOAD to save the QR code

ii. Generate QR code with table number (if your business caters for dine-in option)
Go to QashierHQ
Click on the drop-down icon under Online Ordering Management
Select QashierEats Management
Select the QR Code button and a QR code will be displayed
In the "Table Number" field, enter the desired table number. The QR code will be generated based on the table number you input. Please note that the maximum number of characters or digits allowed is 5.
Click on DOWNLOAD to save the QR code

Access your QashierEats website
After setting up your QashierEats store, you can now access the store's website to verify if all the setup steps have been completed correctly.
Go to QashierHQ
Click on the drop-down icon under Online Ordering Management
Select QashierEats Management
Select the 'Go to Client/Store' button
Select Store and you will be redirected to your QashierEats website
