How to turn on the QashierX2 POS
Locate the On/Off switch on the front of the terminal.
Press the On/Off switch to power up the terminal.
How to change/insert receipt roll of the QashierX2 POS
Find the receipt printer cover on the back of the X2, and lift it using the flap.
Remove any remaining paper from the previous roll and any loose pieces.
Hold the new roll so that the paper feeds from the top, and place it into the compartment with the paper exit towards the front.
Close the cover of the payment terminal, making sure that the paper roll is fed through the opening

Perform test print:
Select the "☰" button on the top-right hand corner of the POS homepage
Select ‘Test in-built printer’
You should see a sample printout

How to charge the QashierX2 POS
There are 3 methods on how can the Qashier X2 be charged.
Method 1: Direct charging via the charging port on the Qashier X2
1a. Locate the charging port on the right-hand side of the Qashier X2 POS
1b. Connect the charger to the charging port
Method 2: Charging Via Docking Station to Qashier X2
2a. Locate the charging port on the docking station
2b. Connect the charger to the docking station
2c. Dock the Qashier X2 POS to the Docking Station
Method 3: Charging Via Expansion Hub connected to Docking Station.
3a. Locate the charging port on the expansion hub
3b. Connect the charger to the expansion hub
3c. Connect expansion to the charging dock - this also allows concurrent connection with other external hardware (e.g. cash drawer, LAN cable, USB Scanner)
How to connect the QashierX2 POS to a cash drawer
The Expansion Hub is required.
Connect the Expansion Hub to the Docking Station
Connect the cash drawer to the Expansion Hub
Dock the Qashier X2 to the Docking Station
