This guide compares the QashierX1 and QashierX2 POS terminals so existing QashierX1 users can decide whether to upgrade. The QashierX2 is Qashier's flagship terminal: it runs the full Qashier POS and accepts card and QR payments on one device.

The QashierX1 is a legacy device. It is discontinued in the Philippines and no longer listed on the current Singapore and Malaysia price lists; it is still sold in Thailand. New merchants should see QashierX2 POS Setup: Unboxing, Charging, Receipt Roll and Connections.

Take all payments, card and QR, on a single terminal instead of pairing a separate payment terminal.

How to upgrade
To upgrade from a QashierX1 to a QashierX2, contact your local Qashier support team. They will confirm the current price and any trade-in offer for your market and arrange delivery. Your products, staff and settings stay in your Qashier account; you log in on the new device.
