Things to prepare before using Static QR Ordering:

  • Prepare the QR code beforehand and place it either on the table or on a display stand so that customer of each table able to scan the QR code to place order

  • To know where to get the static QR code from, refer to this guide

How to use Static QR Ordering on POS:

  1. Go to POS & Payment

  2. Select the table that you want to activate Static QR for customer to scan and place order

  3. Once the table is activated, the table icon will turn from grey colour to blue colour

  4. Customer of that table can scan the dedicated QR code to place order

  5. After customer has scan the QR code, they will be redirected to QashierEats website

  6. Customer to select the items that they want to order

  7. Select Add for $ x.xx button to place the order into Order Cart

  8. Once all orders has been confirm, select the Order Cart button at top right corner

  9. Select Place order $x.xx button to send order list to kitchen to prepare the order(s)

  10. There will be a notification sound, the table icon will turn from blue colour to green colour, and customer’s order list will be shown at the terminal

Note:

  • The merchant can add orders to the table via the POS, change table, void items etc., the same way as with Table Management.

  • The table QR code will be deactivated and unable to accept new orders when transferring all items to another table, voiding the entire table or when a payment has been made. The
