How to Apply Discounts on Table Management in Qashier POS

Applying an item-level discount:

Follow these steps if you're using custom discount:

  1. Tap on a table

  2. Select the item that you would like to give discount to

  3. Tap on DISCOUNT button

  4. Tap on CUSTOM DISCOUNT

  5. Select the discount type (% or $)

  6. Enter a percentage discount or a dollar amount discount depending on the discount type chosen

  7. Tap CONFIRM > ADD & CLOSE, you should be able to see the discount on the item

Follow these steps if you're using preset discount:

  1. Tap on a table

  2. Select the percentage (%) icon on the top right-hand corner beside the + icon

  3. Tap on the pre-set discount that you created previously

  4. Tap ADD & CLOSE, you should be able to see the discount on the item

Applying a bill-level discount:

Follow these steps if you're using custom discount:

  1. Tap on a table

  2. Select the percentage (%) icon on the top right-hand corner beside the + icon

  3. Tap on CUSTOM DISCOUNT

  4. Select the discount type (% or $)

  5. Enter a percentage discount or a dollar amount discount depending on the discount type chosen

  6. Tap CONFIRM > ADD & CLOSE, you should be able to see a discount liner under subtotal above the print bill button
