Easily take orders at the table

How to create tables (without floor plan):

  1. Select the "☰" icon at the top right hand corner of the POS homepage

  2. Tap on Settings

  3. Enter the terminal PIN

  4. Select Manage Tables

  5. Tap on EDIT

  6. Enter the number of tables and Tap OK

    (Note: Based on your restaurant's seating capacity, consider the potential for ad-hoc additional seatings, to ensure an efficient ordering process for your staff)

  7. Tap the triangular back button twice located at the bottom of the POS to go back to the POS homepage

  8. Go to POS & PAYMENT to ensure that the number of tables created are correct

To add an order to a table:

  1. Go to POS & PAYMENT

  2. Select a table

  3. Choose CATEGORY and select ITEM

  4. Select ADD & CLOSE to add the item and close the category

  5. Select Next to add items in the cart to the table

  6. Tap on BACK TO POS to go back to the table

Here's a step-by-step video guide:


To make payment using table management:

  1. Select the table that is making the payment

  2. Tap on PRINT BILL for the customer to check the bill

    (Note: You can skip this step if customer would like to make payment directly without checking the bill)

  3. Select PAYMENT

  4. On the payment page, select the payment method the customer chooses

  5. Once step 5 is done, tap on CONFIRM to complete payment
