How to View a Past Sales Report (Specific Date or Date Range) in Qashier POS

To view a sales report of a previous day or a specific period

Summary: Use the Calendar icon on the Qashier POS Reports page to see the sales report for a past day, or for a date range of up to 31 days.

Applies to: All markets · Qashier POS. If your store asks for the Terminal PIN to open reports or change the report dates, you need the Terminal PIN.

Before you start

View the sales report for a past day or period

  1. On the Qashier POS home screen, tap Reports. If you see View Reports, tap it and enter your Terminal PIN.

  2. Tap the Calendar icon at the top left of the Reports page. If you see Please enter the terminal PIN to see reports., enter your Terminal PIN.

  3. On Select Date Range, choose the dates:

    • A specific day: tap that date once.

    • A period: tap the first date, then the last date. For example, to view 10–14 Apr, tap 10 and then 14.

  4. Set the start time and end time, if you need a specific time range.

  5. Tap Confirm.

What you should see

The report reloads for the dates you chose. The top of the page shows the selected range, for example 10/04/2026 00:00 - 14/04/2026 23:59.

[Philippines] Report tabs

In the Philippines, the dates you choose apply to the tab you have open: X-Reading, or for BIR-compatible stores also Z-Reading or Transaction List. If something goes wrong

The maximum date range is 31 days. (or 1 days on the Philippines Transaction List tab)

The range you chose is longer than 31 days (1 day on the Transaction List tab)

Choose a shorter range, or use QashierHQ for longer periods.

Start Date must be earlier than To Date.

The start time is the same as or later than the end time

Tap the Calendar icon again and set an earlier start time.

You cannot tap the date you want

The date is more than 12 months ago, or in the future

The report did not change

Confirm was not tapped

Choose the dates again and tap Confirm.

Invalid PIN.

The Terminal PIN is wrong
