Summary: Print another copy of a past receipt, including the receipt of a voided sale, from Transaction Record on Qashier POS. This is for cashiers who need to give a customer a copy or proof of a void.
Applies to: All markets · Qashier POS with a receipt printer (built-in or connected).
Before you start
Check that your printer has paper and is connected.
Reprints are marked as a copy, so the customer can tell them apart from the original receipt (see What you should see).
Reprint a receipt
On the Qashier POS home screen, tap Transaction Record.
Find the sale. The list shows today's sales. For another day, tap the date with the calendar icon at the top and choose a date or a date range (up to one year back). You can also search by receipt number or card number, or tap Filter to narrow the list.
Select the sale, then tap Print at the bottom of the screen.
At Please select the receipt type you want to print, tap Full Receipt.
At Please confirm to print receipt, tap Yes.
Tip: If e-receipts are switched on for your store, the confirm dialog also shows Email to customer. Tap it to email the receipt instead of printing it. If the sale has no customer email, Qashier POS asks you to enter the customer's email address.
The Please select the receipt type you want to print dialog also shows Order Chit and, depending on your store's settings, other options such as Sticker, Treats QR Code (Points), Receipt with E-Invoice or, in Thailand, Full tax invoice. To reprint the customer's receipt, always choose Full Receipt.
Print the receipt of a voided sale
The steps are the same. To find voided sales quickly:
In Transaction Record, tap Filter and choose Voided. If the sale was on another day, change the date with the calendar icon.
Select the voided sale and tap Print > Full Receipt > Yes.
The printed receipt says VOIDED TRANSACTION near the top, above the receipt number. You can give it to the customer as proof that the sale was voided.

What you should see
A reprinted receipt shows REPRINT under the receipt number.
In Thailand, a reprinted receipt is marked COPY instead.
In the Philippines, stores set up for BIR-compliant receipts also print the date and time of the reprint under REPRINT.

If something goes wrong
