Use the calendar in Transaction Record on Qashier POS to see sales from a past date or a date range. You can also search by receipt or card number, or filter the list.

Good to know
On the POS you can go back up to 1 year, and view up to 90 days at a time.
For older sales or longer periods, use QashierHQ. See Transaction Records in QashierHQ Explained and How to Export Transactions to Excel in QashierHQ.
View sales from one date
On the Qashier POS home screen, tap Transaction Record.
Tap the calendar icon (showing the date) at the top left of the screen.
Tap the date you want.
Tap Confirm. The date now shows beside the calendar icon, and the list shows that day's sales.

View sales from a date range
On the Qashier POS home screen, tap Transaction Record.
Tap the calendar icon (showing the date) at the top left of the screen.
Tap the first date, then the last date of the range. For example, for 5 to 10 April, tap 5 and then 10.
Tap Confirm. The range now shows beside the calendar icon, and the list shows the sales in that range.
Here's how it looks:
Search or filter the list
Search: type a receipt number or card number in the Receipt Number / Card Number box.
Filter: tap Filter and choose All, Unpaid, Invoice, Discounted, Voided, QashierEats, GrabFood or FoodPanda. Voucher and Credit Card appear only when those features are turned on for your store.
If something goes wrong
Symptom | Cause | Fix |
"The maximum date range is 90 days" | The range you picked is too long | Pick a shorter range, or use QashierHQ for longer periods. |
You can't pick an older date | The POS only goes back 1 year | Find older sales in QashierHQ. |
The list didn't change after picking dates | Confirm wasn't tapped | Open the calendar again, pick the dates and tap Confirm. |
