You can open the e-receipt for any past sale in QashierHQ, download it as a PDF, or email it to your customer.

Log in to <a href="https://hq.qashier.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">QashierHQ</a>.

In the left menu, under Money &amp; Finance, click Transactions.

Choose the store and the date, then click the transaction. Its details open in a panel on the right.

Click E-Receipt at the bottom of the panel. A preview opens, titled E-Receipt for and the receipt number.

1. Log in to <a href="https://hq.qashier.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">QashierHQ</a>.
2. In the left menu, under Money &amp; Finance, click Transactions.
3. Choose the store and the date, then click the transaction. Its details open in a panel on the right.
4. Click E-Receipt at the bottom of the panel. A preview opens, titled E-Receipt for and the receipt number.

For a split payment, you can also click View E-Receipt next to each payment under Payment to get the receipt for that payment only.

In the preview, click Download at the top right.

The PDF downloads to your browser's download folder. It is named with the receipt number and date, for example Receipt_000123_&lt;date&gt;.pdf, and includes the customer's name if one is attached to the sale. If your browser asks where to save it, choose a folder and save it.

In the preview, click Email E-Receipt.

If the sale already has a valid customer email, check the address shown ("You are sending email to …") and click Confirm.

If there's no email, or it isn't valid, you see "Valid email is required." Type the customer's address in Email and click Confirm.

When the email has gone, you see "Successfully sent!".

"E-receipt preview is unavailable. Use Email or Download instead."	Your browser couldn't show the PDF	Click Download or Email E-Receipt.
"Invalid email address!" or "Something went wrong!"	The email address is wrong, or the email couldn't be sent	Check the address and try again. If it keeps failing, download the PDF and send it yourself.
