Summary: Merchants in Singapore on the current Qashier plan pay SGD 5 per day per store. The amount is deducted daily from your Qashier payouts, so there is no monthly bill. The plan includes the POS, payments, online ordering and the rest of the software; if a store processes no payments through Qashier for 14 days, the POS locks. This article explains what you pay, what is included, and how the lock works.
Applies to: Singapore · merchants on the current Qashier plan (signed up on or after the plan launched) · figures as of the 16 Jul 2026 price list and exclude 9% GST. If you are still on an Essential or Growth plan, nothing changes for you: you keep your plan, features and pricing as billed today. If you only accept payments (for example with a QashierXS or Soundbox ordered in QashierHQ) and do not use the POS plan, there is no daily plan fee: you pay transaction fees only. Malaysia, Philippines and Thailand are billed differently; see [PH] Qashier Pricing Plans and Add-ons or contact your local support team.
What you pay
SGD 5 per day, per store, before GST. Nine stores cost 9 × SGD 5 per day.
It is deducted daily from your Qashier payouts. You do not receive an invoice to pay by card or transfer.
Hardware can be paid outright or folded into the daily rate: QashierX2 at SGD 6 per day or QashierXL Slim at SGD 6.50 per day (plan plus hardware). The daily bundle needs a 24-month commitment and a tenancy agreement showing at least 2 years; without one, a SGD 500 deposit is collected. After 24 months the rate returns to SGD 5 per day. Hardware bought outright has no daily or monthly fee.
Payment processing fees are separate and charged per transaction. See [SG] How your PayNow & e-wallet payouts are calculated and [SG] Understanding Interchange++ (IC++) Pricing and Your Payout Report.
What is included
Everything to run the shop: Qashier POS with unlimited products; in-store and online payments; a website (Spotlight); online and QR ordering (QashierEats); bookings; loyalty (Treats); automated marketing; review management; GrabFood, foodpanda, Pandago, Shopify and WooCommerce integrations; Xero accounting sync; GTO mall reporting.
Limits per store: up to 3 devices (terminals, kiosk, KDS and QDS combined), up to 3 QashierHQ users and up to 10 staff (time card and commission). Per account: up to 9 stores. Anything beyond these limits, and invoicing, is quoted by our team; there is no published add-on price.
Brands with more than 9 stores, or that need unlimited devices, users or staff, are on the multi-outlet plan from SGD 248 per month per store, quoted by our team.
Conditions
Payments go through Qashier. The plan is for stores that process their sales with QashierPay. Qashier no longer offers software-only subscriptions.
Low QashierPay usage fee. If less than half of your monthly transaction volume on Qashier is paid through QashierPay, a fee of SGD 200 per month per outlet applies.
14-day POS lock. The POS locks automatically after 14 days with no payment volume.
The plan is not offered to events-based businesses without a permanent physical store.
How the 14-day lock works and how to avoid it
The lock is triggered by 14 days with no payment volume. Keep taking card or QR payments through QashierPay so this does not happen.
If you plan to close for more than 14 days, contact support before you close.
If your POS is locked, contact support to reactivate it. See Contact Qashier Support by Phone, WhatsApp, LINE or Viber.
