Qashier

Qashier has enhanced the merchant's Soundbox experience by enabling the device to function as a secondary screen for displaying QR codes for payments. This reduces staff effort and streamlines the customer payment process, offering a more efficient and convenient experience.

Note: Currently, Soundbox as a second payment screen has been launched in Thailand (PromptPay QR, manual QR)

Tips: Before start using Soundbox (as a second payment screen), please ensure the Soundbox device is connected to the internet.

On POS terminal/tablet, merchants make payment steps for QR Payment as usual

After QR payment is triggered, Soundbox will show the generated QR code. The QR code will also available on the POS terminal/tablet as well.

Customer scan QR code on Soundbox device to pay

Once payment is successful. The system will automatically redirect to a receive payment screen.

- Dynamic QR Code: A check mark will appear automatically both on Soundbox and POS terminal/tablet after payment is successfully paid by customer.
- Manual QR Code: Staff need to manually verify payment confirmation from customer phone and mark the transaction as complete on POS terminal/tablet. After that, the QR code on Soundbox will be dismissed.

Inside QashierHQ website, click Settings icon on the upper right corner

In the tab under Settings menu, select "QR Payment Screen" Inside QR Payment Screen page, merchant able to input/change Soundbox Serial Number. Also, Soundbox welcome message able to be edited from this page as well.
