To begin the sign up process for Qashier Soundbox, click here to sign up for a Qashier Account.
Tip: It is recommended to open a separate tab to complete the sign-up process, as this current page can serve as a guide for signing up.
1. Clicking the link will redirect you to the Qashier Account sign-up page.
2. Complete all the required fields on this page and select the option "I agree to the terms of services from Qashier." Finally, click on "Next" to begin the sign-up process for a Qashier Account.
Note: Merchants are required to complete a 5-step sign-up flow in order to successfully finish the sign-up process.
3. Once the sign-up process for a Qashier account is complete, you will be automatically redirected to the "Qashier Soundbox" page on QashierHQ. From there, please click on the "Claim For Free Now" button.
Note: You are strongly advised to verify your email address on the QashierHQ portal.
4. After selecting "Claim Now for Free Now," you will be guided through the process of claiming your Soundbox in three simple steps. To get started, click on "Order Now".
5. You will be directed to a payment/checkout page to complete the purchase of the Soundbox terminal. Do remember to apply the coupon code: "NEWYEAR2024" in part (a) before proceeding to checkout in part (b).
The free Qashier Soundbox and 0% MDR waiver will only be applicable for new-to-Qashier merchants.

Existing merchants who are interested in the Qashier Soundbox should take note that there will be a fee of SGD49 for the Qashier Soundbox, along with a standard PayNow MDR of 0.8% (subject to GST).
All Soundbox users (New and existing merchants) are to take note of the following Soundbox T&C with regards to transaction inactivity:
Qashier reserves the right to claw back the hardware (Soundbox + data sim) if the merchant does not transact a minimum of 20 transactions within 60 days of Soundbox activation.

Note: Kindly ensure that you enter the correct delivery address when completing the checkout process.
6. After placing the Soundbox order, please click on "Setup Now" to apply for a PayNow account.
7. Select the number of store locations, and enter the store address and postal code.
8. You will be required to provide all the necessary information for the PayNow application.
❗️Caution: It is important to enter the "Display Name" accurately as changes cannot be made once you submit the application. Do take note that the display name can contain a maximum of 15 alphanumeric characters, including spaces.
9. To view Soundbox process updates, you can go to the "Qashier Soundbox" page to find out your PayNow application status. You will receive an email within 3 working days to inform that the Soundbox is ready to be delivered to you.

In the event that you do not receive any delivery notification after 3 working days, please reach out to our Customer Support team for further assistance.
For existing Soundbox merchants that would like to purchase additional Soundbox devices for other locations, please reach out to our Customer Support team for further assistance.
PayNow application approval should not take more than 15 minutes.
