Feature Overview
As our merchant, you can have an overview of the features available to you according to your subscription plan. Whether you need to buy or activate a feature, we have you covered.
How to Access?
Login to your QashierHQ account, select the Qashier Marketplace on the left side menu to access.
How to Use?
You can click on “Manage my add-ons” to view all the available add-ons in your subscription plan. From there, you can select the add-ons you want to use. On this page, you can view and edit all the add-ons installed for your subscription plan.
A green tick icon will be displayed within the add-ons box if it has been activated.
Each add-ons box can be clicked on to open a pop-up to view more details about how the add-ons work and articles related
Located within pop-up window, you can see the status of the add-on in relation to your subscription plan and an action button as label:

Adding New Features and Upgrading Plans
Are you looking to add more features to your current system or upgrade your current plan? If so, you've come to the right place!
Once you've made the decision to either add a feature or upgrade your current plan, the system will automatically pop up a payment page to be completed if any payment is required.
You can click on “Proceed to Checkout” to make payment or click on “>” if you have questions on the payment amount.
“Proceed to Checkout” is selected, you will be redirected to filling your billing and shipping address as well as payment detail as shown.
“>” is selected, you will be redirected to view your order summary breakdown.
Note: Your order summary will be split into what you need to pay today and it will also show you your subscription renewal amount.
What happens when there is only "Talk to Us"?
You can click on it, it will redirect you to our Live Chat function to have our Customer Support Agent to assist you.
Managing Subscription Plan
Merchants can easily compare, upgrade, and renew their subscription plan by accessing the "Manage My Plan" feature on QashierHQ.
To review your current subscription plan and renewal status, simply click on "Manage My Plan" located in either the "Qashier Marketplace" or the left side menu of QashierHQ.

To gain a better understanding of the variations among the subscription plans offered by Qashier, you can click on "Compare other plans." This will direct you to a comprehensive chart that compares the different plans available.
There are different scenario where a merchant can renew subscription with us.
Renewal Reminder prior to subscription expiry
Merchant will see a renewal reminder 7 days prior to subscription expiry as shown below.
Select "Manage my plan", it will bring you to Manage my plan page, from there look for
"Update payment method". It will bring up a link for you to update your payment method for renewal due.
Renewal upon subscription expiry
The "Renew Subscription" button will be visible exclusively on the "Manage My Plan" page on the final day of your subscription period.
If you choose to upgrade your subscription plan or renew your subscription, the system will redirect you to the payment page. A payment pop-up will appear, showing the payment summary and allowing you to proceed with the payment.
Note: Customers on a paid plan can easily view their upcoming billing date.

Do add-ons automatically renew?
Most add-ons will be automatically renew upon the subscription expiry, if there is a need to remove an add-ons, you can reach out to our Customer Support via Live chat or Phone
