How to Delete a GrabFood Menu Category or Product in QashierHQ

Summary: Delete a product, or a whole category, from your GrabFood menu in QashierHQ. This removes the item from your GrabFood menu only. Your POS products and your QashierEats and foodpanda menus are not affected.

Applies to: Stores with the GrabFood integration (Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand) · QashierHQ.

Only need to hide an item for a while? Open the product and change its Availability or tick Mark as sold out instead. See How to Edit Products, Categories and Availability on Your GrabFood Menu in QashierHQ.

Before you start

  • Your store's GrabFood integration must be active. If GrabFood in the sidebar shows a lock icon, or the page shows a promotional page instead of your menu, contact Qashier Support.

To delete a product on your GrabFood menu

  1. Log in to QashierHQ.

  2. In the left sidebar, under Sales Channels, click GrabFood.

  3. Choose your store in the Store picker at the top of the page.

  4. Click the category that contains the product.

  5. Click the product you want to delete. The Edit Product window opens.

  6. Click the red bin icon in the window's title bar, next to the X. (The red bin on the product photo only removes the picture.)

  7. In the Delete Product window, click Confirm.

Check the result

When you close the editing window, QashierHQ sends the updated menu to GrabFood. Refresh the page (Ctrl+R on Windows, Cmd+R on Mac) and check that the Last Synced date and time has updated. If it has not changed after a few minutes, contact Qashier Support.
