[Philippines] How to Use Senior Citizen/Persons with Disability (SC/PWD) Discounts for Takeaway/Pay-As-You-Order in the POS

Applying SC/PWD discounts for takeaway/pay-as-you-order

  1. Go to "POS & PAYMENT"

  2. Tap on "SC/PWD button" on the right-hand side of the page

  3. A pop-up will be displayed, enter the customer details accordingly

    1. Total customers

    2. Senior Citizen

    3. Person with disability

  4. Once step 3 is completed, tap "Confirm"

  5. Select the category followed by products that your customer is ordering

  6. After selecting the product, You will notice the preset discounts (SC 20% / PWD 5% / PWD 20%) displayed above the custom discount button. Choose the appropriate discount (if the item is for SC/PWD)

  7. Tap on "Add & Close" to save the discount

  8. Tap on "Pay" to proceed with payment

  9. Select payment method of your choice

  10. A transaction approved page will be displayed once payment has been successfully made

As long as the bill is not yet paid, you can still edit the SC/PWD details of the transaction.

  1. Go to "POS & PAYMENT"

  2. Tap on SC/PWD button on the right-hand side of the page

  3. A pop-up will be displayed, amend the customer details accordingly by overwriting the existing details

    1. Total customers

    2. Senior Citizen

    3. Person with disability

  4. Once step 3 is completed, tap "Confirm" to save the changes
