Applying SC/PWD discounts for Table Management (Item-level Discount):
Item-level discount will be used when a SC/PWD ordered their own item and individual discount is applied to the item they consumed
In the following steps, we will guide you through the process
Go to "POS & Payment"
Select "a table" where your customers will be seated at
After selecting the table, a pop-up will be displayed, enter the customer details accordingly and tap "OK" to proceed

Select the category followed by products that your customer is ordering
After selecting the product, You will notice the preset discounts (SC 20% / PWD 5% / PWD 20%) displayed above the custom discount button. Choose the appropriate discount (if the item is for SC/PWD)
Tap on "Add & Close" to save the products
Tap on "Next" followed by "Back to POS" to add the orders to the table
Before proceeding with payment, tap on the table to show the orders
Tap on "Payment" to proceed to choose the payment method
Select the "payment method" that your customer wishes to use for payment
A transaction approved page will be displayed once payment has been successfully made

Applying SC/PWD discounts for Table Management (Bill-level Discount):
Bill-level discount will be used when a SC/PWD share a meal with non SC/PWD individuals and would like to split the bill equally
In the following steps, we will guide you through the process where we consider a scenario of three people having dinner together, and one of them is a Senior Citizen (SC)
Go to "POS & Payment
Select "a table" where your customers will be seated at
After selecting the table, a pop-up will be displayed, enter the customer details accordingly and tap "OK" to proceed

Select the category followed by products that your customer is ordering
Tap on "Add & Close" to save the products
Tap on "Next" followed by "Back to POS" to add the orders to the table
Before proceeding with payment, tap on the table to show the orders
Tap on the "discount icon" to proceed to choose the discounts
Choose the appropriate discount (depending if the bill is sharing with a SC/PWD). In this case, the bill is shared with a SC, hence only SC discount will be displayed
Tap on "Add & Close" to save the discount
The discount will be calculated automatically and displayed at the bottom of the table details
This is how the discount is calculated:
P13.50 / 3 pax = P4.5 (To find out per pax cost)
Only 1 pax is SC, hence P4.5 * 20% SC discount = P0.90
Tap on "Payment" to proceed to choose the payment method
Select the "payment method" that your customer wishes to use for payment
A transaction approved page will be displayed once payment has been successfully made

Editing SC/PWD details on Table Management
As long as the bill is not yet paid, you can still edit the SC/PWD details of the transaction.
Go to "POS & PAYMENT"
Tap on the "table number at the top of the page" (e.g. Table 1)
Select "Change Pax"
Enter the new number of pax, senior citizen and person with disability, wherever applicable
Tap "OK" to successfully save the changes
