Download the product list of one store as a CSV file from the QashierHQ Product Management page.
Applies to: All markets · QashierHQ · a QashierHQ login with Product Management access.
Steps
Go to QashierHQ.
In the left sidebar, under Products & Inventory, click Product Management.
Select the store in the Store picker. The export contains only that store's products.
Click Export (the cloud icon) on the right-hand side of the page.
In the Export As CSV pop-up, check that it names the right store, then click Confirm.

What's in the file
The file is named "Product List (store name).csv" and has one row per product with these columns:
Product Name
Tab
Category
Barcode
SKU Number
In Stock
Low Stock Threshold
Unit Price
Unit Cost
Stock Value
Colour and Size (only if your store uses colour and size variants)
Archived products and combos are not included.
Note: this file cannot be uploaded back into QashierHQ, because its layout differs from the Excel import template. To create products in bulk, use Bulk Action > Create Products from Excel. To change prices in bulk, use Bulk Action > Update Product Price via Excel. Both are linked below.
If something goes wrong
What you see | Why | What to do |
