Summary: Credit top-up packages let you sell prepaid credits (for example, pay 50 and receive 60 credits) that customers spend on later visits. This article shows how to create the packages in QashierHQ.
Applies to: Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Thailand · QashierHQ · Credits are part of the Qashier Loyalty add-on. Amounts are in your store currency (SGD, MYR, PHP or THB).
Before you start
Credit must be turned on for your store. In QashierHQ, go to Settings > Additional Settings > Payment Settings and, under Payment Settings (Manual), tick Credit. If you cannot see the option, contact Qashier support.

Steps
Log in to QashierHQ. In the left sidebar, under Products & Inventory, click Product Management.
Click the pencil icon beside Tab. The Edit Tab dialog opens.
Under Number of Tabs, choose how many tabs you want, then type Credit as the name of the new tab.
The tab must be called Credit, in English, in every language. Products in other tabs will not add credits.Click Confirm. An alert starting "You're creating a Credit tab" appears. Click Confirm again. The Credit tab is displayed.
Click the Credit tab.
Click the + icon beside Category, enter a Category Name (for example, Credit Packages) and click Confirm. The category name can be anything.
Click the new category, then click Add Product.
Enter a Product Name (for example, 50 Credits).
Enter the Price (the field shows your store currency; for example, 50) and the Credit (Top Up) amount (for example, 60). This means the customer pays 50 and receives 60 credits.
Click Confirm.

What you should see
After the POS syncs, the package appears under the Credit tab on the POS & Payment screen. Next steps:
If something goes wrong
Symptom | Cause | Fix |
No Credit (Top Up) field in Add Product | The product is not in a tab named Credit | Move the category to the Credit tab, or rename the tab to Credit |
The Credit tab or the package does not show on the POS | The POS has not synced, or Credit is not turned on for the store | Sync the POS and check the Credit setting; if it still does not appear, contact Qashier support |
