Build or change your store's table floor plan in QashierHQ. The floor plan is the table map your staff see in Table Management on Qashier POS, where they open tables, take orders and collect payment. Without a floor plan, the POS shows your tables as a list.

Before you start:
Table Management and the floor plan must be on for the store. In QashierHQ, click your account name at the top right, then Settings > Additional Settings > Table Management, and check that Enable Table Management Feature and Enable floor plan for table management. If it's off, the table will be displayed as list only. are ticked. If you do not see these options or the Table Management menu, contact Qashier via Live Chat.
Settle or void every open table order on Qashier POS first. You cannot edit or save the floor plan while any table has an order on hold (see How to Void an Item or a Whole Table in Table Management (Qashier POS)).
Create or edit a table floor plan
Go to QashierHQ.
In the left sidebar, under Operations, click Table Management.
Select the store in the Store picker. Each store has its own floor plan.
Click Edit Mode. A pop-up reminds you to save the floor plan when you finish. Click Confirm.
Enter the Number of Columns (5 to 20) and the Number of Rows (1 to 20).
Click Load Dimension to create the table grid.
In the grid, click the + (plus) icon in a square to add a table there. Enter a Table Name (1 to 5 characters, different from every other table) and click Confirm. White squares show as empty spaces on the POS.
To move a table, press and hold it, then drag it to the new position.
Click Confirm & Save Floorplan.
You see "Floorplan is updated successfully" and the page reloads. The new layout appears in Table Management on Qashier POS.

Other changes you can make in Edit Mode
Rename a table: double-click the table, change the Table Name and click Confirm.
Remove a table: click the x in the table's corner.
Undo unsaved changes: click Reset to Original Floorplan to go back to the last saved floor plan.
Download QR codes for Static QR ordering: click Download Table QR Codes (see How to Download Static Table QR Codes in QashierHQ).
Always finish with Confirm & Save Floorplan. Changes are not applied to the POS until you save.
To see table orders that were voided (with the void reason, the staff who voided them and the table number), click View Voided Tables. This button is available in both View Mode and Edit Mode.
Remove and redesign the floor plan
In the left sidebar, under Operations, click Table Management, then select the store.
Click Edit Mode, then click Confirm.
Click Clear Floorplan, then click Confirm. This empties the editor, including the number of columns and rows. Your saved floor plan stays on the POS for now.
Enter the new Number of Columns and Number of Rows, then click Load Dimension.
Add your tables as in the steps above.
Click Confirm & Save Floorplan to replace the old floor plan.
Changed your mind before saving? Click Reset to Original Floorplan to bring back the saved layout.

Copy a floor plan to another store
In Table Management, select the store whose floor plan you want to copy. Stay in View Mode.
Click Duplicate Layout to other store.
In Duplicate Table Layout, select at least one store, then click Confirm.
If there are tables on hold
If a table has an unsettled order when you click Edit Mode, a Warning pop-up says "There are tables on hold, please clear/settle the transactions before changing the floorplan." with Cancel and Clear.
Click Cancel, then settle or void the open tables on Qashier POS and try again. This is the safe choice.
Only click Clear if you are sure no one is using the tables. You must type CLEAR and click Confirm. All unsettled table orders are discarded permanently. This cannot be undone.
