Download printable Static QR codes for all your tables, or for a single table, from Table Management in QashierHQ. Static QR codes are fixed per table: print them once and customers scan them to order.

Before you start:
Static QR ordering must be on for the store. If it is not, contact Qashier Support.
Your floor plan must be created and saved, with every table named. See How to Create or Edit a Table Floor Plan (Table Layout) in QashierHQ.
Settle or clear any open (on-hold) table orders on Qashier POS first. You cannot enter Edit Mode or save the floor plan while a table has an order on hold.
Using Mobile Ordering? Download your table QR codes in Mobile Ordering > QR Settings > Download All instead (see How to Set Up Mobile Ordering (Treats Ordering) in QashierHQ).
Download the QR codes for all tables
Go to QashierHQ.
In the left sidebar, under Operations, click Table Management.
Select the store in the Store picker.
Click Edit Mode.
A reminder asks you to save the floor plan when you finish editing. Click Confirm.
Click Download Table QR Codes.
In the Static QR Download Confirmation pop-up, click CONFIRM.
A file named TableQRCodes.zip downloads. Unzip it to get one picture file per table (Table_QR_<table name>.png), ready to print.
Click Close (X) to close the pop-up.
Click Confirm & Save Floorplan. The page refreshes to show the floor plan is saved.

Download the QR code for one table
In Table Management, click Edit Mode, then click Confirm.
Double-click the table. The Table Name window opens.
Click Download QR code. A picture file for that table (TableQR_<table name>.png) downloads and the window closes.
Good to know
The QR codes are made from your saved floor plan. If you add, rename or move tables, click Confirm & Save Floorplan first, then download the codes again and replace the printed ones.
If you see "There are tables on hold" when you click Edit Mode, click Cancel and settle those tables on Qashier POS. Only click Clear if you are sure: it clears all on-hold orders and cannot be undone.
If something goes wrong
