How to Export Transactions to Excel in QashierHQ

You can download your store's transactions from QashierHQ as an Excel (.xlsx) file, for a day, a date range or a whole month.

Applies to: All markets (the Consolidated E-Invoice export is Malaysia only) · QashierHQ (web) · a QashierHQ login with access to Transactions.

Export transactions

  1. Log in to QashierHQ.

  2. In the left menu, under Money & Finance, click Transactions.

  3. Choose the store at the top of the page.

  4. Click the date button (calendar icon), pick one day or a start and end date, then click OK. A range can be up to 30 days. The export uses the store and dates shown on the page.

  5. Click Export at the top right and choose an option (see the table below).

  6. Check the dates in the confirmation box, then click Confirm.

TRANSACTION DETAILS

Each transaction with the items sold in it, for the dates on the page

TRANSACTION SUMMARY

A summary report of your transactions, without the item details, for the dates on the page

MONTHLY TRANSACTIONS

The summary file for a whole calendar month. Pick the month in Select month and year, then click Export Transaction Summary. No need to set the dates on the page first.

CONSOLIDATED E-INVOICE (Malaysia only)

Your monthly consolidated LHDN e-invoice file. See below.

What you should see

  • A "Downloading Transactions Excel" message appears at the bottom right while the file is prepared.

  • The file downloads to your browser's download folder. It is named after the export and the store, for example Transaction Details (Store name).xlsx, Transaction Summary (Store name).xlsx or, for a monthly export, Transactions (Store name).xlsx.

  • Open it in Excel, Google Sheets or any spreadsheet app.

Malaysia: Consolidated E-Invoice

This option appears only for Malaysian stores that have LHDN e-invoice download turned on.

  1. Click Export > CONSOLIDATED E-INVOICE.

  2. Pick the month. You can choose last month or earlier.

  3. Click Export E-Invoice Excel.

  4. The file is sent to you by email. You see "Successfully triggered E-Invoice export, please wait a while to receive the email".

If something goes wrong

"Failed to export transactions. Please contact Qashier support."

The export didn't complete

Refresh the page and try again with a shorter date range. If it still fails, contact support.

The file has the wrong dates or store

The export uses the store and dates selected on the page

Change the store or date on the page, then export again.

"Please complete your LHDN E-invoicing setup before downloading e-invoices" (Malaysia)

LHDN e-invoicing isn't fully set up for the store

No CONSOLIDATED E-INVOICE option

It shows only for Malaysian stores with LHDN e-invoice download turned on
