To void a transaction on QashierHQ:
Go to QashierHQ
Click on the drop-down icon under Transactions
Select Transactions
Select the specific transaction to void.
Click on the Void Transaction button at the bottom right-hand corner of the pop-up page
Click Confirm to proceed to enter the reason for voiding
Enter the reason for voiding the transaction. (E.g. Customer refund, wrong payment method)
Click Confirm to void the transaction
