How to Record Customer Purchase History in CRM in Qashier POS

Recording Customer Purchase History:

  1. Go to POS & PAYMENT

  2. Tap on CUSTOMER located in the red box on the right-hand side of the page

  3. Search for customer by entering the phone number or name

  4. Tap SEARCH and customer name will be reflected

  5. Tap on CONFIRM

  6. The customer's name will be reflected in the red box at the right-hand corner of the Pos & Payment page

  7. Proceed to select a category followed by a product

  8. Tap ADD & CLOSE to save product into cart

  9. Tap PAY to proceed to the payment page

  10. Select a payment method and tap CONFIRM

  11. Select BACK TO POS

  12. Tap on the triangle button on the bottom-left of the POS

  13. Select Customer Management

  14. Enter the name, number or email of the customer you want to search into the search bar

  15. Tap on the search icon at the right-hand side of the search bar

  16. The customer's name will appear on the left-hand side of the page, tap on it to show the customer details

  17. Under purchase history, you will be able to see the purchases made by the customer
