How to Register your Customer as a Member in Qashier POS

There are two ways to register your customer as a member:


Method 1: Register at POS & PAYMENT

  1. Go to POS & PAYMENT

  2. Tap on CUSTOMER located in the red box on the right-hand side of the page

  3. Search for customer by entering the phone number or name

  4. Tap SEARCH

  5. If the customer is not registered, a pop-up reminder message will state that "customer is not found, please key in the correct phone number/name. Or would you like to register the customer now"

  6. Tap on REGISTER CUSTOMER

  7. Key in the customer's mobile number and name (required). The rest of the fields are optional

  8. Check the box under PDPA declaration

  9. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap confirm

  10. A confirm registration pop-up will appear, tap OK to add the customer

  11. After the registration is complete, you will be able to see the customer's name on the red box at the right-hand corner of the Pos & Payment page

  12. Proceed to complete the transaction.

Method 2: Register at Customer Management

  1. Go to CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT

  2. Tap on Add New Customer on the top left-hand corner of the page

  3. Key in the customer's mobile number and name (required). The rest of the fields are optional

  4. Check the box under PDPA declaration

  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap confirm

  6. A confirm registration pop-up will appear, tap OK to add the customer

  7. A 'Registration Successful' message will appear at the bottom of the page
