Summary: See how many vouchers were redeemed, their total value and any unearned revenue in the Voucher Information section of your reports, on Qashier POS or in QashierHQ.

Before you start
These figures come from vouchers redeemed with the Redeem button on the payment screen. See How to Redeem a Gift Voucher in Qashier POS.
Amounts show in your store's currency (for example SGD, MYR, PHP or THB). The examples below use $.
On Qashier POS
On the home screen, tap Reports.
Check the date range at the top of the report. Tap it to change the period if needed.
Make sure the report type is All or Offline Transaction. Voucher figures are only filled in for these report types, not for the QashierEats, GrabFood or FoodPanda reports.
Scroll down to Voucher Information.
What each figure means
Total Voucher Amount Redeemed
The total value of vouchers used in the selected date range.
For example, if a $10 voucher and a $15 voucher were redeemed, Total Voucher Amount Redeemed is $25.
Number Of Voucher Redeemed
The number of vouchers used in the selected date range.
For example, if a $10 voucher and a $15 voucher were redeemed, Number Of Voucher Redeemed is 2.
Unearned Revenue
Unearned revenue arises when the voucher amount is more than the total bill.
For example, if a customer redeems a $20 voucher on a $5 bill, the unearned revenue is $15.
Voucher payments also show as a Voucher line under Total Settlement by Payment Method in the same report.

In QashierHQ
Go to Full Report.
Choose your store and date range.
Open the Discounts & Vouchers tab.
Find Voucher Information. It shows the same three figures: Total Voucher Amount Redeemed, Number Of Voucher Redeemed and Unearned Revenue.
The section appears only when vouchers are turned on for the store, and not when the GrabFood or FoodPanda report type is selected.
See individual voucher transactions
To see each sale paid with a voucher, go to Transaction Record on Qashier POS, tap the filter icon and select Voucher. See Transaction Record in Qashier POS: View, Search, Void and Reprint Sales.
If something goes wrong
What you see | Cause | What to do |
Voucher figures are 0 or don't change | The report type is QashierEats, GrabFood or FoodPanda, or the date range doesn't include the redemptions. | Switch the report type to All or Offline Transaction and check the date range. |
No Discounts & Vouchers tab or no Voucher Information in QashierHQ | Vouchers aren't turned on for the store, or the GrabFood or FoodPanda report type is selected. | Choose a different report type, or see How to Redeem a Gift Voucher in Qashier POS. |
