Remove an item from the current order in Qashier POS before the customer pays.
Applies to: All markets · Qashier POS · items in the cart that have not been paid for.
This removes one item from the cart. It does not cancel a completed sale. To cancel a paid sale, see How to Void or Refund a Transaction in Qashier POS.
Remove an item from the cart
Go to POS & Payment.
In the cart, tap the item you want to remove.
Tap Delete.
If the POS asks Remove "<item>" from cart?, tap OK.
What you should see
The item disappears from the cart, and the quantity and the total on the Pay button update.
Tips
Reduce the quantity instead: tap the item, tap – to lower the Quantity, then tap Save.
Customized Product (open item): tap the item, then tap the trash icon at the top left of the Customized Product window. The item is removed straight away.
