To apply a custom discount to a bill:
Go to POS & PAYMENT
Select the products you would like to give discount to
Tap on BILL DISCOUNT above the pay button
Select CUSTOM DISCOUNT
Select the discount type (% or $)
Enter a percentage or dollar amount discount (i.e. 10% or $5) depending on the discount type chosen
Tap CONFIRM > ADD & CLOSE to add the discount into the current order
