How to replace the sticker roll (when the sticker roll runs out halfway during printing):
Open the printer cover by pressing the blue latch on the right side of the printer
Replace the sticker roll
Close the printer cover
Wait for the red error button to start blinking
Press once on the pause button, and the outstanding stickers will start to print out automatically.
Note: Thermal sticker rolls can be purchased online or at any stationary stores.
The Qashier Sticker/Label printer accepts 2 dimensions:
60mm x 40mm (larger, recommended for barcode sticker printing)
40mm x 30mm (smaller, recommended for bubble-tea sticker printing)
Hide Products from QR Code and Kiosk Display
You can now hide specific sticker products from appearing in QR code menus and kiosk displays, giving you better control over which products are accessible through different sales channels.
To hide a product from QR and Kiosk channels:
Navigate to your product management section in the POS system
Select the sticker product you want to manage
Look for the channel visibility settings
Uncheck the boxes next to QR Code Menu and Kiosk Display
Save your changes
This feature allows you to customize which products are visible through different customer touchpoints. For example, you may want certain premium sticker designs available only through the standard POS interface while keeping basic designs available in QR and kiosk channels.
