This is the price list for services you can request from Qashier after your store is live in Malaysia: menu setup, entity changes, integration reconfiguration, training, on-site support and delivery.

All prices are in MYR and exclude SST; 8% SST is added where it applies. Prices as of 1 Dec 2025 and may change. Support confirms the fee with you before any work starts.
This list covers services you request after your store is live. If you are signing up, setup, training and delivery for your new subscription are quoted separately.
Administrative and setup fees

Hardware faults during your warranty period are covered by the warranty. For a repair or replacement outside the warranty period, contact support for a quote.
