The Payout Report in QashierHQ shows every amount Qashier has credited to your payout account, the transactions behind each credit and the fees deducted, so you can match your bank deposits to your sales. This guide is for Singapore and Malaysia merchants who take payments with QashierPay.
Applies to
Markets: Singapore and Malaysia.
Product: QashierHQ, for payments taken with QashierPay (card terminal, PayNow or DuitNow QR and other e-wallets, Qashier Soundbox and online payments).
Access: the account owner, or a QashierHQ user with the Payment Management access right.
Before you start
Your QashierPay application must be approved and your payout bank account verified. If your bank account could not be verified, a red icon appears next to Payout Report in the sidebar (hover text: "Bank account pending compliance verification") and payouts are on hold until you resubmit your bank details (see If something goes wrong).
Payouts appear in the report on the date the funds are credited to your Qashier payout account, which can be a few days after the sale. For when each payment method pays out, see [SG] When Will I Receive My Payouts? Settlement & Payout Schedule or [MY] QashierPay Payout Schedule, Fees & Minimum Payout.
How to open the Payout Report
Log in to QashierHQ.
In the left sidebar, open Money & Finance > Payout Report.
The report opens on the 18 Nov 2025 Onwards tab. To see payouts made before that date, click the Before 18 Nov 2025 tab (see Older payouts below).
Can't see Payout Report in the sidebar? Ask the account owner to give your user the Payment Management access right.
Filter by store and date
Store: choose All or a single store.
Date range: pick Past 7 days, Past 15 days or Past 30 days, or set your own range. The maximum range is 90 days. A longer range shows the message "The maximum date range is 90 days".
Credit to Payout Account History
The first chart, Credit to Payout Account History, shows every amount credited to your payout account in the selected range, with all payment methods in one chart.
Each bar is a credit date. This is the date the funds were credited to your Qashier payout account, which may be a few days after the transaction date because of processing time.
Use the tick boxes under the chart to show or hide a payment method.
Hover over a bar to see the amount for each payment method and the Total Credit Amount for that date.
Click a bar to open the list of transactions behind that credit. On a phone, tap the bar, then tap View transactions.
Two other bars can appear next to your payment methods: Debit, for amounts taken out of your payout account (opens the Debit Histories list), and Refunded by Qashier, for amounts Qashier has credited back to you manually (opens the Manual Credit Histories list).
Read a payout's details
Clicking a bar opens a window titled Credit to Payout Account on the date you chose. Each transaction is listed with its Transaction Date, Store Name, Payment Method, Receipt Number, Transaction Amount, Transaction Fee (%), Transaction Fee Amount, Fixed Fee Amount and Minimum Fee Charge.
Under the list you see the totals for that credit:
Total Transaction Amount: the sales included in the credit.
Total Transaction Fee Amount: the percentage fee (MDR) on those sales.
Total Fixed Fee Amount: any fixed fee per transaction.
Total Minimum Fee Amount: top-ups where a transaction's fee was below the minimum fee.
Total Tax Amount: tax charged on the fees.
Total Credit Amount: the amount credited to your payout account.
Total Credit Amount = Total Transaction Amount − Total Transaction Fee Amount − Total Fixed Fee Amount − Total Minimum Fee Amount − Total Tax Amount.
Click any row to open that transaction's receipt.
Click Export in the window to download that day's transactions as a CSV file.
If a green Interchange++ badge shows next to the title, that credit uses Interchange++ card pricing and the columns are different. See [SG] Understanding Interchange++ (IC++) Pricing and Your Payout Report.
The Payout Report chart (in-store card payments)
The second chart, headed Payout Report, shows your in-store card transactions for the selected range grouped by status: Pending POS Settlement, Processing for payout, Credited to payout account, Voided and Refunded. Hover over a bar to see the Total Amount and the breakdown by status, and click a bar to list those transactions. For credited and refunded transactions, the list also shows the Credited Amount.
POS Settlement History
Below the charts, POS Settlement History lists each card settlement batch from your QashierPay terminals. It has its own date range. Columns: Settlement Date & Time, Batch, Store Name, Merchant Id, Terminal Id and Summary (Scheme: Amount(Count)). Card sales only reach a payout after the terminal batch is settled. See [SG/MY] How to Settle Card Payments on Your QashierPay Terminal (Auto & Manual).
Export your payouts
Choose the store and date range.
Click Export at the top right of the page.
A file named Payout_Report_<start date>_<end date>.csv downloads and QashierHQ shows "Report exported successfully".
Older payouts
The Before 18 Nov 2025 tab shows the previous report layout for payouts made before that date. There you pick a store, a month and a payment method, click a bar to see the transactions in that payout batch, and export from the same window.
Matching the report to your bank account
The Total Credit Amount for a date is what was credited to your Qashier payout account. The transfer from your payout account to your bank is a separate step, shown on the Account Balance page. See [SG/MY] How to Check Your Account Balance and Payouts in QashierHQ.
A bank transfer can be smaller than the credit when Qashier holds a reserve on your account, or when your balance is below the minimum payout amount and rolls over to the next payout. See Understanding Reserves (Reserved Funds) on Your Account Balance, and the minimum payout rules in [SG] When Will I Receive My Payouts? Settlement & Payout Schedule or [MY] QashierPay Payout Schedule, Fees & Minimum Payout.
In Singapore, WeChat Pay and Atome follow a different payout schedule from cards and PayNow, so they are not paid out every working day. See [SG] When Will I Receive My Payouts? Settlement & Payout Schedule. You may also receive an emailed payout report for these two methods after each of their payouts.
For how the percentage fee, minimum fee and tax on a PayNow or e-wallet sale are worked out, see [SG] How your PayNow & e-wallet payouts are calculated (fees, GST and rounding). Singapore merchants can download the monthly tax invoice for these fees: [SG] How to download your monthly Qashier tax invoice (payment fees & GST).
If something goes wrong
Symptom | Likely cause | What to do |
Payout Report is not in the sidebar | Your user does not have the Payment Management access right | Ask the account owner to add the access right to your user. |
A red icon next to Payout Report with the hover text Bank account pending compliance verification, or "Bank account verification failed." on the Payout Information window | Your payout bank account details could not be verified, so payouts are on hold | Open Payment Management > Payout Information, click Resubmit and enter details that match your bank statement. |
"Payout on hold pending information approval. Expect a response within 1-3 working days." | You recently submitted or changed your payout bank account and it is being checked | Wait 1–3 working days. If it takes longer, contact support. |
"The maximum date range is 90 days" | The range you picked is longer than 90 days | Choose a range of 90 days or less. |
The chart is empty | The wrong store is selected, or no funds were credited in that range | Select All stores, widen the range (up to 90 days), and check the payout schedule for your payment methods. |
No credit on the day you expected | The day before was a weekend or public holiday, or the payment method is not paid out every working day | Check the payout schedule article for your market. |
Card sales are missing from a credit | The terminal batch was not settled that day | Settle the terminal and check POS Settlement History. See how to settle card payments. |
The credit differs from the bank deposit | A reserve is being held, or a small balance rolled over to the next payout | Check Reserved funds on the Account Balance page and the minimum payout rule for your market. |
"Failed to export report" | Temporary error, or a very large range | Try again with a shorter date range. If it keeps failing, contact support. |
If a credit is still missing after the next working day, contact Qashier support with your store name and the transaction date.
