Qashier Loans (Singapore & Malaysia): Eligibility, How to Apply and Repayment

Instant Cash Advance for Your Business

Qashier Loans is a business cash advance for Singapore and Malaysia merchants, offered with Qashier's loan partners and based on your payment volume with Qashier. If your business is pre-approved, you can register your interest in QashierHQ and repay automatically. This article explains who is eligible, how to apply and how repayment works.

Applies to

  • Markets: Singapore and Malaysia.

  • Product: QashierHQ. The Qashier Loans page appears only for businesses that are pre-approved.

  • Access: a QashierHQ login that can see Money & Finance on a pre-approved account.

What Qashier Loans is

Qashier partners with loan providers to offer Qashier Loans. Your business is pre-approved for an amount based on your payment volume with Qashier, and the loan is repaid automatically over a fixed term. You can use the funds for any business expense: operating costs such as rent or salaries, or plans such as opening a new outlet or buying equipment.

Who is eligible

  • Singapore: businesses that already process payments with Qashier. The pre-approved amount is based on your payment volume, and the loan is repaid from your daily payouts.

  • Malaysia: businesses with an established transaction history on Qashier POS or QashierPay. Repayment is by automatic debit from your business bank account.

If you do not see Qashier Loans in QashierHQ, your business is not currently pre-approved. Pre-approval is reviewed as your sales history with Qashier grows.

What to expect

  • Singapore: a simple online application; funds typically within 48 hours of approval and signing; automatic repayment through your daily sales with Qashier; a loan term of 1 to 6 months.

  • Malaysia: a quick application; funds typically as soon as the next day after approval; minimal paperwork and no collateral; flat rates with no hidden fees; a loan term of 4 to 6 months.

How to apply

  1. Log in to QashierHQ.

  2. In the left sidebar, open Money & Finance > Qashier Loans. The page shows You are pre-approved for your maximum amount.

  3. Under Select Loan Amount, drag the slider to the amount you want, up to your pre-approved maximum. You can choose less than the maximum.

  4. Under Desired Loan Term (months), pick the term: 1 to 6 months in Singapore, 4 to 6 months in Malaysia.

  5. The page shows an estimated daily repayment (Daily automatic repayment from payouts in Singapore, Daily auto debit amount in Malaysia). This figure is an illustration only: Rates and repayment terms are for illustration purposes and may vary.

  6. Click I'm Interested!.

  7. In the Mark as interested? window (it notes that the team will revert to you in 2 working days), enter your Contact Name and Contact Number, read the consent note about sharing your data with Qashier's loan partner, then click Confirm.

What happens next

  • QashierHQ confirms: Your loan application has been submitted successfully! The button on the page changes to We're processing your application. Thank you!

  • Our team contacts you within 2 working days to discuss the terms, rates and the loan agreement, and to tell you which supporting documents are needed (for example, a credit bureau report).

  • Once the agreement is signed and the application is approved, the funds are disbursed to a bank account in your business's name. The button then shows Loan has been disbursed. Thank you!

How repayment works

  • Singapore: your loan is repaid automatically each day from your sales payouts. Qashier deducts the agreed daily amount from your daily payout and you receive the rest. No manual payments are needed.

  • Malaysia: your loan is automatically debited from your business bank account at fixed intervals, as set out in your agreement.

Singapore illustration: take SGD 10,000 over 3 months. A daily amount of roughly SGD 100 to 120, as agreed in your loan agreement, is deducted from each day's payout, and you receive the remainder as your daily payout. The exact amount depends on the loan amount and term you sign for.

Frequently asked questions

How is my pre-approved amount calculated?
From your payment volume with Qashier. The higher your sales volume, the higher your pre-approval limit.

Can I borrow less than my approved amount?
Yes. Use the Select Loan Amount slider to choose any amount up to your maximum.

How is the daily repayment worked out?
It depends on the loan amount and the term you select. A longer term means a lower daily deduction; a shorter term means a higher one.

What if my sales dip and a day's payout does not cover the daily deduction?
Your loan agreement sets out how shortfalls are handled. If you expect a sustained drop in sales, contact us early so we can advise you.

Will I pay interest?
Your total repayable amount and any fees are set out in your loan agreement before you sign, so you know the full cost up front.

What happens at the end of my term?
Once the loan is fully repaid, nothing more is deducted. A new loan may be offered based on your updated sales history.

Where are the funds paid?
To a bank account in your business's name.
