Summary: QashierEats gives your F&B business its own online ordering website, where customers browse your menu, order for pick-up or delivery, and pay online. This guide takes you through setting it up in QashierHQ, from getting it enabled to checking your live store.

What QashierEats looks like
You get a dedicated website for your business. Here is an example:
Your store's link has the form qashiereats.com/yourstorename, for example qashiereats.com/sandyscafe.
Step 1: Get QashierEats enabled
In QashierHQ, go to Sales Channels > Online Ordering and select your store.
If QashierEats is not enabled yet, the page shows what QashierEats offers and a button to get it. The button depends on your plan, for example Talk to us, Add to current plan or Add-on to your plan now. Click it and follow the steps. You can also click See a sample store to see a live example.

To make setup faster, have this ready:
Your preferred QashierEats store name.
Your preferred store link, for example qashiereats.com/sandyscafe.
Your business operating address.
Our team confirms with you when your store is set up. You can then continue with the steps below. From now on, open the page with Sales Channels > Online Ordering and select your store.
Step 2: Set up your store profile
On the Online Ordering page, click Edit Store.
Enter a Description of your business and add up to 5 Promotion Images (16:7).
Click Save.
If more than one of your stores uses QashierEats, you also see Edit Client. Use it to set your brand page: QashierEats Client Name, QR Ordering HQ Domain URL (the name shown in your brand link), Description, Client Logo and Promote Images. Click Save.
Step 3: Create categories and products
Add a category
On the Online Ordering page, click Edit Category, then New Category at the top right.
Enter the Category Name, for example Desserts.
Keep or change the Display Order. Categories with smaller numbers show first. QashierHQ fills in the next number for you.
Click Confirm.
Add a product
On the Online Ordering page, select the category tab and click the + box to add a product.
Enter the Product Name and Price.
Keep or change the Display Order. Products with smaller numbers show first.
Click the pencil icon on the product picture to upload a product image.
Under Applicable for order type, keep ticked the order types in which the product can be ordered.
Select a Printer Index or KDS Index so orders for this product print or show in your kitchen (see Step 5).
Click Save. If no printer or KDS is selected, QashierHQ asks you to confirm that you do not need to print the order chit. Click OK to continue without one.
Note: Product Name, Price and Display Order are required. The other fields are optional.
Step 4: Add modifiers
You can add modifiers (add-ons) to a whole category or to a single product. Create them with Edit Modifier on the Online Ordering page, then assign them. For the steps, see How to Edit Your QashierEats Menu in QashierHQ (Products, Categories, Modifiers, Sold Out).
Step 5: Set up ordering and kitchen printing
Order types, time slots, closed dates and delivery fees: set these in the QashierEats settings. See How to Set Up QashierEats Pick-up & Delivery Settings (Time Slots, Closed Dates, Delivery Fees) in QashierHQ.
Kitchen printing: for each product, select a Printer Index or KDS Index so the order prints on your kitchen printer or shows on your kitchen display. These options appear once your printers or displays are set up.
Discounts (optional): to offer a discount on your QashierEats store, click Edit Discount on the Online Ordering page, then Create Discount.
Step 6: Download your QashierEats QR code
Customers scan this QR code in your store to order on QashierEats. It opens in-store QR ordering, with the dine-in and takeaway options you choose in the QashierEats settings.
On the Online Ordering page, click QR Code. The QR code appears.
If your store has table numbers turned on, you also see a Table Number field. Enter a table number (optional, up to 5 characters) to make a QR code for that table.
Click Download to save the QR code.

Step 7: Check your QashierEats website
On the Online Ordering page, click Go to Store. Your QashierEats website opens.
If more than one of your stores uses QashierEats and you have set a QR Ordering HQ Domain URL in Edit Client, the button is Go to Client/Store. Choose Store to open one store's page, or Client to open your brand page with all your stores.

If something goes wrong
