Inside the box of QashierPay terminal
Overview of QashierPay terminal
Set up your QashierPay terminal
Turn on the QashierPay terminal
Press long hold on the power button on the left side of the terminal
Connect to WiFi
Turn on your QashierPay terminal
Click "Connect to WiFi" button
Toggle on "Use Wi-Fi"
Click on your preferred WiFi network, fill in the password, click "Connect" button
Log in with your Qashier account
On the QashierPay terminal, click the "Login" button
Fill in your registered email address and password. Click "Next"
Once entered the homepage, in the top left corner tap the "Staff Login" button
Fill in 4 digits of staff PIN then tap "Confirm".
Your QashierPay terminal will be set and logged in successfully.
Note: Before following the log-in process, please ensure your QashierPay terminal is connected to WiFi network.
How to use QashierPay terminal for payments
On the top left corner of the homepage, press "Staff Login"
Enter your STAFF PIN. Press "Confirm"
On the terminal homepage, select "POS & Payment"
Enter the amount payable by the customer and select NEXT
Select "Visa/Mastercard" icon
Customers will be able to tap, insert, or swipe their credit/debit card to make payment
The receipt will be printed out after the payment is done successfully
The convenient tap, insert, and swipe card feature is exclusively available in Singapore and Malaysia. For our valued merchants in the Philippines and Thailand, QashierPay XS offers a reliable manual payment option.
Note: For the card swipe function, once the consumer swipes the card, the terminal will prompt a warning message "Swiped chip card. Please insert card. OK to proceed with magstripe, or CANCEL to insert card"
In this case:
If the card has a chip built-in, please use the insert card feature instead.
If the card only has a magnetic strip, the transaction approval will depend on the issuing bank for approval/accept.
How-to refund/void transaction on QashierPay terminal
On the homepage of terminal, select "TRANSACTION RECORD"
Select a transaction that you wish to void
Tap on "VOID/REFUND" button (red button at the bottom)
Select "YES" to confirm to void transaction
Enter your STAFF PIN
Followed by TERMINAL PIN
Enter the REASON for voiding the transaction. Press "YES"
Important: Refund/voiding transaction can only be done before settlement.
How to perform a manual settlement
The merchant who has not set up an auto settlement is able to perform manual settlement on the QashierPay terminal.
On homepage, select burger menu
Select "QashierPay" on the left hand side menu
Click "SETTLEMENT" tab
A message box will appear. Click "OK" to confirm performing a manual settlement
