Credit Card and DuitNow QR payments processed through Qashier
Note: If you are processing payments through BSN, please reach out to our Customer Support team, who will assist you in the change of bank account process.
Step 1: Go to the "Payment Management" page on our QashierHQ portal
Step 2: Click "PAYOUT INFORMATION":
Step 3: Fill in the required fields and upload a copy of your bank statement that you'd like to receive your payouts:
Note: The photo/screenshot of bank statement provided must clearly show the following:
Bank name and bank logo
Account holder name
Account number
Date of statement - must be within the last 3 months
Step 4: Check the box to confirm the accuracy of the information you have entered, then click the "Submit" button to send your request for updating your payout details.
To check the status of the request, you may repeat steps 1 and 2 above.
Credit Card payments processed by BSN
Most card transactions for our Malaysian merchants are processed by BSN. Payouts are handled directly by BSN, and the settlement report will be sent to you via email.
If you would like to change your payout account, you will be required to submit a request form. Please contact our Customer Support Team, and we will provide the form to you. You will also need to include a copy of your bank statement for verification.
Note: The photo/screenshot of bank statement provided must clearly show the following:
Bank name and bank logo
Account holder name
Account number
Date of statement - must be within the last 3 months
