If merchants purchase extra hardware from somewhere other than Qashier, just contact our Customer Service team. They'll help set up the additional hardware option in the Qashier Internal Portal, making sure it smoothly fits into your current Qashier setup.

Limitations on Configuration and Troubleshooting

Qashier Customer Service team can help you activate additional hardware, but they can't assist with setting it up or fixing any issues that may come up during or after the process.

Self-Configuration and Manufacturer Support

To set up and fix any issues with the extra hardware, check the instructions that came with it from the manufacturer. They usually have step-by-step guides and troubleshooting tips. If you need more help, contact the manufacturer's support—they know their hardware best.
