Connecting Bluetooth Printer
1. To configure your Bluetooth printer, open the QashierPOS application and access the "Settings" option from the menu.
2. In the "Settings" section, choose "Printer Settings" and then click on "Add".
3. Make sure that the Printer Type is set to "Bluetooth" and then proceed to click on "Scan For Printers" to locate and select the appropriate printer for connection.
Note: Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on on the device before conducting the scan. If the system is unable to find any nearby printers within one minute, an option to re-scan will appear.
4. Once you have selected the appropriate printer, simply click on the "Pair" button. After successful pairing, the MAC address of the printer will be displayed.
5. Once the pairing is complete, it is important to set the correct paper width to ensure that the printed receipts are properly aligned. This will complete the configuration process for your Bluetooth printer.
Note: Merchants can add only one Bluetooth printer. If they need to add an additional printer, they should contact Customer Support Level 1 for further assistance.
