Summary: Existing Qashier merchants can add or update the card used to renew their subscription automatically, in QashierHQ. Once a card is saved, you do not need to renew manually before each billing date.
Applies to: All markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Australia) · QashierHQ (web) · a login with access to Manage My Plan · a store on an active paid plan.
Before you start
Your store must be on an active paid plan. Trial and Lite plans have no card on file to update, and an expired plan shows Renew Subscription instead (see "I don't see Update Payment Method" below).
Log in to QashierHQ as the account owner, or as a user with access to Manage My Plan. If you cannot see the page, ask the account owner or contact support.
Steps
Log in to QashierHQ.
In the left sidebar, scroll to the bottom and click Manage My Plan. You can also type "Manage My Plan" in the Search pages… box at the top of the sidebar.
Choose the store from the dropdown at the top of the page. Your plan name and Your next billing date will show.
Click the Update Payment Method link. A pop-up opens for your card details.
In the pop-up, fill in the card number, expiry date and CVV of the card to be used for your subscription renewal.
Click Add to save the card.
The company name shown in the pop-up differs by market.
Notice: If you see Pay Now in the pop-up, clicking it immediately charges all unpaid subscription invoices to this card. Only click it if you want to pay them now. If you paid by mistake, contact support.
What happens next
The saved card is used for your subscription renewals. The card is saved to your Qashier account rather than to a single store; if you have several stores and want to confirm which ones it covers, ask support. If you still see the "Your subscription is expiring soon" banner after saving a card, contact support so we can check automatic renewal on your account.
I don't see Update Payment Method

Don't want to save a card?
If no card is saved, QashierHQ shows a "Your subscription is expiring soon" banner before your billing date. Click View Plan to renew. In Singapore and Malaysia you can scan the PayNow or DuitNow QR code. In other markets, click Renew Now to chat with our team.
