Amending the points of your customers:
Go to QashierHQ
Select Customer Management located on the left-hand side of the navigation bar
Enter the name, number or email of the customer into the search bar
The customer's details will be displayed
Click on the customer and a pop-up box will be displayed
Click on the pencil icon beside the customer's name
Under the points field, enter your desired points
Click confirm and enter the reason for editing the customer points
Click SAVE for the changes to be made
A 'edit success' message will appear at the bottom-right hand side of the page

To view the history of the amendments made to the customer's points
Click on the customer and a pop-up box will be displayed
Click on the pencil icon beside the customer's name
Click on Edit History to view the amendments made
