How do customers make payment:
Your customer will access the payment link provided by you, either through direct communication platforms or via email.
Your customer will be directed to the payment page with the amount and payment status stated:
Click on the 'Pay' button to make payment.
Note: If you did not send the payment link to your customer via email, your customer will be required to key in their email address before clicking on the "Pay" button.
There are 2 payment methods available to make payment:
[SG/MY/AU] Making a payment via Credit Card
Your customer needs to enter their credit card details and click on 'Pay SGD (amount payable)'.
Once the payment has been successfully made, a payment success page will appear:

Note: PayNow is available only for Singapore merchants and customers.
A QR code will be displayed once PayNow payment method is chosen
Your customer will scan the QR code with their mobile banking app
Your customer will click on 'Pay' on their banking app to make payment
Once the payment has been successfully made, a payment success page will appear
To confirm the successful payment, you and your customer can revisit the payment link and the status will be automatically updated:
