Making full payment with credits:

  1. Go to POS & PAYMENT

  2. Tap on a category, followed by a product to add product into your cart

  3. Select ADD & CLOSE to save the products in your cart

  4. Before you proceed to payment, tap on CUSTOMER located in the red box on the right-hand side of the page

  5. Search for customer by entering the phone number or name

  6. Tap SEARCH and the customer name will be displayed

  7. Tap on CONFIRM

  8. The customer's name will be displayed in the red box at the right-hand corner of the pos page

  9. Tap on PAY to proceed to the payment page

  10. Choose the 'CREDIT' payment mode (note: if you missed out step 4-7, you will not be able to see the payment mode)

  11. A page with customer's phone number, name and available credit will be shown

  12. TAP on CONFIRM if all details are correct

  13. TAP on CONFIRM again to confirm the credit payment

Making partial payment with credits:

  1. Select POS & PAYMENT

  2. Tap on a category, followed by a product to add product into your cart

  3. Select ADD & CLOSE to save the products in your cart

  4. Before you proceed to payment, tap on CUSTOMER located in the red box on the right-hand side of the page

  5. Search for customer by entering the phone number or name

  6. Tap SEARCH and the customer name will be displayed

  7. Tap on CONFIRM

  8. The customer's name will be displayed in the red box at the right-hand corner of the pos page

  9. Tap on PAY to proceed to the payment page

  10. Tap on SPLIT on the top left-hand corner of the payment page

  11. Select + or - icon to adjust the number of parts which you would like to split into (this is based on the number of pax that are sharing the bill)

  12. Check and ensure the amount split is correct

  13. Tap on MAKE PAYMENT

  14. Proceed to select the part and select CREDIT as the payment method

  15. Tap on CONFIRM to make your payment for Part 1

  16. Tap on BACK TO PAYMENT

  17. You will see that the status for part 1 has been changed from Not Paid to Paid

  18. Proceed to make payment for Part 2 by selecting another payment method

  19. Tap on CONFIRM to make payment for Part 2

  20. Tap on BACK TO POS once payment has been made
