How to Set Up Credits in QashierHQ

To create credit packages in QashierHQ:

  1. Go to QashierHQ

  2. Click on the drop-down icon under Product Management

  3. Select Product Management

  4. Click on the pencil icon beside Tab

  5. Click on the drop-down list under number of tabs and choose the number of tabs

  6. Name the tab as CREDIT

  7. Click on confirm and confirm again to create the tab, you will see a credit tab being displayed

  8. Click on the Credit tab

  9. Tap on the + icon on beside the word 'Category' to create a new category under the credit tab

  10. Enter the Category Name as Credit

  11. Click on Confirm to create the category

  12. A new category called Credit is now created, click on the newly created 'credit' category and select ADD PRODUCT

  13. Give your product a name (E.g. $50 credits)

  14. Key in the price (E.g. $50) and Credit (Top Up) (E.g. $60) - This means that for the price of $50, the customer will be awarded 60 credits

  15. Click on Confirm once done
